The morning meal was rich and generous with fresh juices, fresh fruit and coffee top-up. Attentive staff and the location was convenient. And the area was tranquil, right by beach, good price, kind staff, big bathroom, restaurants and shopping and historical centre. We got very good services, great value.

Booked a room with wonderful views on the ocean from far. This hotel was set in a central area just off the tourist area as well as another beach within walking distance. Furthermore, easy to get to the historic town by taxi.

Thoroughly enjoyed how the clean and absolutely fantastic a double room with nice view was arranged when we arrived. Satellite television, climate control, and an individual safe were important for us.
Beds were pretty firm in this place.

Greatly enjoyed the room with a big comfy bed, my bed was very comfy. The breakfast was varied and fantastic for vegans and great value. It was in the central location near to everything.

Excellent service, bags handled by staff, patient with rusty Spanish, pointed out Spanish names, great experience. Good value, close to main street, big rooms, modern, varied breakfast. Welcoming staff, good suggestions, roof top bar. Perfect from the first moment, staff attentive to detail, made stay unforgettable. Located in new district, 10 min to old town, buffet breakfast, nice roof terrace.

I truly enjoyed the classic ambiance of the hotel. The comforts of the classic queen room were fabulous, including a mini bar, satellite TV, and a personal safe. It was great to receive complimentary wake-up calls. We were pleased to find that La Diva Bocagrande, a lovely dinner option, was within walking distance of the hotel.

I got the a double room, it was immaculate and perfect. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with hypo-allergenic pillows.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were friendly, helpful, and always there to assist us with anything we needed. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to key attractions and popular areas in the city. We were able to explore the city conveniently and make the most of our time there.
There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the rooms were not properly ventilated, resulting in a very humid and muggy atmosphere.
